Okay Inside is the first app developed by Ego & Id, LLC, which was founded in 2018 by career psychotherapist Nyro Murphy. André Marques, Head of Product, joined soon thereafter. Together, they've built Okay Inside from the ground up, growing their team along the way.

Our mission is to build products that equips all people with the tools they need to support their mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health. From school-aged children to adults, we believe above all that we are all works in progress. We do not exist in isolation, so we treat all connections—with ourselves and with others—with respect and care.

That's why we created Okay Inside. As we grow, we hope to scale our offerings to reach more people, at all stages of life and development, to ensure that responsible, accessible and science-backed tools are available to everyone, regardless of age, ability or income.
